Sizing

Barba Handmade loafers can be worn any way you want, but I recommend wearing them without socks. Because of this, I recommend sizing a half size down from what you would wear in dress shoes and sneakers. I will update this guidance as I receive more of your feedback.

Try your shoes on carpet to protect them for an exchange or return should they not fit. Be sure to try on your shoes the way you intend to wear them, sockless or with socks. Note that they will substantially loosen after a few wears, so they should fit snug but not overly uncomfortable on first wear.

Finally, Barba shoes are not limited to any wearer, regardless of gender. However, they are sized to what is traditionally known in the footwear industry as men's sizes at an E (wide) width. This is equivalent to a women's Extra Wide width, so may not be appropriate for women with narrow to average-width feet.  A table outlining what would is considered an industry women's equivalent and a European equivalent is included below. I'll consider creating women-specific styles if there's enough interest. Shoot me a message if you have any ideas!
